
Protein Power Breakfast Wrap
Kickstart your morning with this hearty, high-protein breakfast wrap packed with fluffy scrambled eggs, savory chicken sausage, crispy hash browns, and melted cheese — all rolled up in a high-fiber tortilla to keep you full and energized for hours.

- 1 Frying Pan
Ingredients
- 1 High-fiber Keto Wrap I recommend Mission Carb Balance
- 3 eggs large
- 150 g maple chicken sausage I recommend Trader Joe's
- 30 g low-fat shredded cheese
- 1 hashbrown I recommend Trader Joe's
Instructions
- Cook the hashbrown following the package instructions
- Cook the sausage following the package instructions, then cut it up into bite-sized pieces
- Throw the bite-sized sausage pieces back in the pan and crack 3 eggs over them, stirring frequently
- When almost finished cooking, reduce heat and add the cheese on top and let it melt
- Get your tortilla laid out on a plate, put the cooked hashbrown down, then scoop the egg/sausage/cheese mixture on top of it
- Wrap the tortilla up tight like a burrito, then throw back on the pan for a few minutes on each side to brown it up.
- When each side is brown, take it off the pan, let it cool for a minute, then enjoy with your favorite hot sauce.
