These steel cut oats are packed with protein, and the chia seeds create a high volume meal that will keep you full throughout the day.


  • 40g steel cut oats
  • 10g organic chia seeds
  • 25g myprotein impact whey protein
  • dash of salt
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 30g blueberries
  • 300ml water


  1. Add oats, salt, chia seeds, and water to a bowl and whisk together
  2. Microwave on medium power (60%) for 8 minutes
  3. Stir, add protein powder, and stir again
  4. Add blueberries, stir again, and enjoy


I used MyProtein Cinnamon Cereal Impact Whey Protein, and it is delicious, but any flavor or brand of whey protein will do the same.
