Protein-Packed Steel Cut Oats with Chia Seeds

Published On

Looking for a quick breakfast recipe to eat on the go? Or an easy make-ahead lunch? This recipe for protein-packed steel cut oats is a sweet and delicious option for any time of day.

The addition of chia seeds creates a high volume meal that will keep you full for hours, and a flavorful protein powder makes this a sweet treat that can easily replace a breakfast pastry.

With 28g of protein per serving and only 30g of net carbs, this is the best way to get your morning dose of oatmeal, without the carb crash.

Try substituting the blueberries for any other fruit of your choice, or new protein powder flavors to keep things interesting.
