You won’t believe that the secret ingredient to these low-calorie brownies is Diet Soda!

The recipe makes 2 servings, but at only 150 calories and 20g of protein for the whole tray, these brownies can easily be enjoyed alone in a single sitting.

Ingredients
  

  • 355 mL Coke Zero or another sugar-free soda
  • 60 g Cocoa Powder
  • 35 g Impact Whey Protein
  • 100 g Sugar-Free Sweetener e.g. Stevia
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Combine all dry ingredients, then mix in the Coke Zero
  • Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray (preferably Coconut Oil)
  • Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 30 mins or until desired consistency

Notes

Try swapping out the Coke Zero for another sugar-free flavored soda, or use a different flavored protein powder for a change!
