Protein-Packed Brownies Recipe
Enjoy all of the deliciousness of gooey, chocolatey brownies in this low-calorie, high-protein alternative! One of the tastiest and nutritious dessert options you can have!
Ingredients
- 1 can Coke Zero
- 60g Cocoa Powder
- 35g Impact Whey Protein
- 100g Sugar-Free Sweetener (e.g. Stevia)
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Combine all dry ingredients, then mix in the Coke Zero
- Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray (preferably Coconut Oil)
- Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 30 mins or until desired consistency
