The recipe makes 2 servings, but at only 150 calories and 20g of protein for the whole tray, these brownies can easily be enjoyed alone in a single sitting.

Protein-Packed Brownies Recipe

Enjoy all of the deliciousness of gooey, chocolatey brownies in this low-calorie, high-protein alternative! One of the tastiest and nutritious dessert options you can have!

Ingredients

  • 1 can Coke Zero
  • 60g Cocoa Powder
  • 35g Impact Whey Protein
  • 100g Sugar-Free Sweetener (e.g. Stevia)
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Combine all dry ingredients, then mix in the Coke Zero
  3. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray (preferably Coconut Oil)
  4. Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 30 mins or until desired consistency

Notes

Try swapping out the Coke Zero for another sugar-free flavored soda, or use a different flavored protein powder for a change!
