High Protein Waffles Recipe
This high protein waffle recipe will satisfy your sweet tooth while keeping you full throughout the entire morning.
Ingredients
- 130g liquid egg whites
- 150g cottage cheese (or greek yogurt)
- 2 scoops protein (54g myprotein impact whey)
- 20g coconut flour
- Cinnamon
- Sweetener
- ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and let stand for a few minutes
- Add batter to waffle maker in reasonable servings (depending on size of waffle maker; note: batter expands so be conservative!)
- Let the waffles cool and then enjoy with zero calorie syrup
